Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday for many reasons.... it's all about family, food and fellowship. Thanksgiving is the only true "American" holiday.

- I'm a Christian mother of 4 who married my best friend 25 years ago. We live in rural Iowa near Iowa City in a turn of the century Victorian home with a beautiful wrap around porch and a high point view of Johnson county. In 1993 we turned a grain shed into our first little "Rug Cottage" where I sold area rugs and gifts. Since then the little cottage has grown as well as our family. We now have Barntiques Antique Mall in our historic barn.
